In recognition of the differences in understanding concepts of home and homelessness, the Australian Bureau of Statistics is undertaking further engagement to inform estimation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander homelessness. This discussion paper outlines some of the key themes identified and provides a basis for further stakeholder consultation.
