Mobile Black Spot Program evaluation
This evaluation of the Mobile Black Spot Program (MBSP) examined how effectively it delivered improved mobile coverage in regional, rural and remote areas of Australia. Using mixed methods, it assessed implementation, appropriateness, effectiveness and identified lessons for future program and policy design. The evaluation produced 5 recommendations to strengthen future program delivery.
