Office of the Children's eSafety Commissioner


The Office of the Children's eSafety Commissioner operated from 1 July 2015 until the Enhancing Online Safety for Children Act 2015 was amended on 23 June 2017 to be the Enhancing Online Safety Act 2015 (EOS Act). The Act was amended to expand the Commissioner’s remit to promote and enhance online safety for all Australians.
