This review synthesises empirical and theoretical studies about groups engaging with highly technical information and applying clear and efficient processes that take into account diversity of membership in order to make collective decisions.

This evaluation sought to assist the Central Land Council (CLC) to explore and improve its development work to maximise the benefits for Aboriginal people. The report found that the programs evaluated have clearly produced outcomes valued by Aboriginal people and are cost-effective given the benefits delivered.
