This final report of the review into the effectiveness of SafeWork NSW specifically notes that the present structural and governance arrangements of the state’s work health and safety body are unsatisfactory and require reorganisation.

This review is examining SafeWork NSW’s performance of its regulatory functions, including educational functions, under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011. This interim report summarises the scope of the review in response to specific public criticisms.

The Centre for International Governance Innovation conducted consultations in the spring of 2019 with trade experts and stakeholders about options for modernizing the trade rules and strengthening the World Trade Organization (WTO). This report synthesizes the results of those consultations.
