This report results from expert consultations on the topic of World Trade Organization reform organized by the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI) in the spring of 2019.

The consultations were led by Oonagh Fitzgerald, director of International Law; Bob Fay, director of Global Economics; and Hugo Perezcano-Díaz, then deputy director of International Economic Law, with contributions from numerous internal and external CIGI fellows.

With input and guidance from the CIGI leadership team, then CIGI Senior Fellow Robert McDougall was tasked with synthesizing the notes and recordings of the various consultation sessions to produce a report summarizing the feedback received through the expert consultations.
