This report is the culmination of a two-year collaborative project between RMIT University's Innovation Catalyst and The Constellation Project, which focused on reviewing, further developing, and sharing Constellation’s model of lived experience inclusion.

What needs to be done to reform policies and practices that aim to increase the participation of people with disability in employment? This report identifies 10 intersecting strategies that could drive systemic change to improve employment outcomes for people with disability in employment.

Commissioned by the National Disability Insurance Agency this research was undertaken to discover what helps people with autism, intellectual disability and psychosocial disabilities find and keep a job.
