ReturnToWorkSA’s workers' compensation scheme relies heavily on clinicians, allied health care professionals, lawyers and non-medical contractors to support its purpose. This article discusses the ways in which ReturnToWorkSA’s regulatory group initiated a journey toward using data analytics to identify potential dishonesty among their service providers.
