This review of IBAC’s early years demonstrates that IBAC has been successful in exposing serious corruption in some of Victoria’s major state government agencies. There is no doubt that Victorians have been surprised and disappointed in the waste of public funds, along with the concerning, and in many cases illegal, conduct exposed by IBAC's investigations.
