In 1995, the global community adopted the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action with the vision of improving the rights of women and girls. The analysis presented in this report demonstrates that while girls' lives are better today than they were 25 years ago, the gains are uneven across all regions.

The main aim of this research is to identify effective primary prevention sexual violence and harassment (SVH) interventions at all levels of the social ecology (individual/relationship, organisational/community, system/institutional and societal levels).

The primary objective of this research was to understand better the realities of wāhine (women) Māori living with partner violence, from their perspective. More specifically, the authors wanted to know how they kept safe and protect their tamariki (Maori children) when living in unsafe relationships and environments, with often limited resources and help.

This evaluation finds that Australia has provided strong and sustained leadership on ending violence against women and girls (EVAWG), and has been a leading program donor. Overall, the approaches used have aligned with best practice and made a significant contribution to EVAWG in the Indo-Pacific.

Together for Girls, in partnership with The Equality Institute and the Oak Foundation, undertook a systematic review of proven solutions and best practices to prevent and respond to sexual violence against children and youth (SVAC).
