Independent evaluation of the Central Land Council’s community development and governance programmes


This evaluation sought to assist the Central Land Council (CLC) to explore and improve its development work to maximise the benefits for Aboriginal people. The report found that the programs evaluated have clearly produced outcomes valued by Aboriginal people and are cost-effective given the benefits delivered.
