This New South Wales (NSW) audit assessed whether social housing is effectively and efficiently prioritised to meet the needs of vulnerable households, and whether social housing tenants are effectively supported to establish and sustain their tenancies. The report finds the process to apply for social housing is inefficient and inequitable. It makes five recommendations.

Family violence remains a significant social and public policy issue in Victoria and demand for family violence services continues to increase. This report assesses the implementation of recommended improvements to family violence support services. It finds four of nine recommended improvements have been completed and identifies further work still to be undertaken.

Evaluation of the Medicare Urgent Care Clinics: interim evaluation report 1
The report provides early insights into the operations of the Medicare Urgent Care Clinics (UCCs) pilot program, based on program implementation from 30 June 2023 to 30 September 2024. It found that 46% of patients would have sought care at an emergency department if the Medicare UCC was unavailable. The report identifies 14 improvement opportunities.
