What does HIV look like in 2030? How do we make sure people living with HIV age healthily and well? What needs to be done so that everyone benefits equally from NSW’s leading HIV response? These are some of the issues explored in this discussion paper.

This report documents achievements and challenges in global advocacy against HIV criminalisation between 2015 and 2018. The report provides evidence of a growing, global movement against HIV criminalisation cases however, the authors say that the number of unjust cases and HIV-related criminal laws continues to increase.

In 2019, Positive Life NSW consulted with all people living with HIV in NSW, their partners, friends and family affected by HIV on the multiple issues and impacts of HIV and ageing. This report summaries the findings from the consultations.

In 2016, Positive Life NSW conducted an anonymous online anal cancer awareness survey targeting women and trans and gender diverse PLHIV, and other HIV-negative women and, trans and gender diverse people across Australia. This survey report outlines the findings.

In this submission Amnesty International outlines the human rights impact of criminalizing sexuality and reproduction, and provides recommendations regarding developing principles to address the detrimental impact on health, equality and human rights of criminalization with a focus on select conduct in the areas of sexuality, reproduction, drug use and HIV.
