Over the past twelve months, the Morrison Government has made significant progress in implementing recommendations made by the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse. The progress is outlined in this second Annual Progress Report.

This study is a collaboration between Monash University and the Children’s Court of Victoria. The study set out to examine the extent to which children and young people before the Criminal Division of the Victorian Children’s Court were also clients of the statutory Child Protection system, and to better understand the characteristics of this group.

A report of a study conducted alongside the Victorian Aboriginal Child Care Agency, an Aboriginal community controlled organisation. The purpose of this study was to establish healing solutions for Aboriginal survivors of sexual abuse.

This framework outlines the vision, guiding principles, objectives and strategic priorities to strengthen NSW Health response to violence, abuse and neglect. It is underpinned by a comprehensive evidence base and was developed through a co-design process with extensive consultation​.​​​​​

This guide is made up of nine separate guidelines reflecting the key considerations for implementing an effective complaint management system which upholds the rights of children and young people. There is a range of practical tips throughout the guide. Additional advice and tools can be found in the attached appendices.
