This report was commissioned by the 'Towards a National Collection' programme, to better understand the ways in which open access shapes how the United Kingdom’s digital cultural heritage collections can be accessed and reused.

This study investigates the potential for open textbooks to assist with improving the experience and outcomes of under-represented higher education students in the Australian context.

The academic library field claims to value social responsibility, open access, equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI). But academic library journal practices do not always reflect these values. This article describes a mixed-method study designed to operationalise and measure these values in practice.

This toolkit was created by the Open Research Working Group, comprising representatives of the Australasian Research Management Society (ARMS) and the Council of Australian University Librarians (CAUL). The toolkit supports Australasian institutions to implement or further develop open research policy, strategy and practice.
