This work was recognised by the United Cities and Local Government Committee on Culture, who endorsed the Cultural Forum initiative as one of 120 global ‘good practice’ examples in the area of culture and local sustainable development.

This four-year plan is intended to guide Public Libraries Victoria to achieve its goals to be more influencial, to build capability and to deliver value and to achieve excellence.

This discussion paper examines how governments, cultural organisations, creative practitioners, thought leaders, representatives from other sectors and citizens can, and do, work together to actively lead intercultural cooperation and to challenge current conditions.

The primary aim of this project was to determine how online distribution is changing the environment for operating a creative micro-enterprise, and with it, the larger relationship between public and private spheres. A key research question was - what are the ‘self-making’ skills required to succeed in this competitive environment?

This is a 12-month action plan in respond to the Public Libraries Victoria Four Year Strategic Plan 2019 - 2022. It outlines the strategies, objectives, initiative, critical actions, and KPIs for the period from February 2019 to January 2020.
