Investing in better mental health in Australian workplaces
The research outlined in this report suggests that by requiring stronger monitoring and prevention measures in Australian workplaces, a significant share of mental illness and injury could be avoided. In addition to reducing the toll of mental illness for workers and their families, these measures would also generate substantial economic and fiscal benefits.

National mental health and suicide prevention plan
This strategy document recognises that Australians need a system that acts early to help people before mental health conditions and suicidal distress worsen. It also suggests that whole-of-government and whole-of-community changes are needed to deliver preventative, compassionate, and effective care.
