This investigation concerning allegations of racist awards within the Territory Response Group finds evidence of historical racism between 2007 and 2015. It also investigated potential criminal misconduct by five officers in testimony related to thee awards, finding no admissible evidence of criminal offence by the officers.

This inquiry was established to investigate the higher than population average statistics of missing and murdered First Nations women and children in Australia. The final report of the inquiry, running since November 2021, makes ten recommendations.
