This report recommends that the federal government establish a comprehensive review of Australia's entire VET sector, with a view to achieving adequate and sustainable ongoing funding levels, appropriate controls on private providers and a coherent and supportive policy framework.

This report has made findings against five individuals and the northern Adelaide Local Health Network. It also makes thirteen recommendations that should be considered by all public officers in positions of authority.

This research shows that estimates of impacts on South Australia from proposed changes to the Murray Darling Basin Plan have been changed multiple times by the Murray Darling Basin Authority (MDBA).

The model provides a basis for separating the effects of historical climate, market and policy shocks on the southern Murray-Darling Basin (sMDB) region, and for simulating the effects of potential future shocks.
