Description
Assessment has been the focus of the Theatre Communications Group?s Education Program for the past several years, as we came to learn that TCG member theatres have increasingly been asked by schools and funders to provide some form of proof of student learning and that their programs are effective. Since there were no national theatrespecific assessment models or training, it seemed that each theatre was trying to develop assessment tools and practices separately, to the extent that they had resources available for this work.
