Description
This discussion paper seeks views on whether New Zealand should ratify the International Labour Organization 2014 Forced Labour Protocol. The Protocol is a binding treaty-level instrument which addresses issues of modern slavery and forced labour. It supplements and modernises treaties on this topic that New Zealand is already a party to. The closing date for submissions is 14 April 2019.
