The Cultural Development Plan flows from the Strategic Community Plan 2029 and will sit under and support the City of Perth’s key strategic documents when they are finalised; notably, the Social Strategy and the City Planning Strategy.

This plan has key links and interdependencies with the City’s Reconciliation Action Plan. It presents specific and practical actions that will deliver on Council Goals and Corporate Business Plan initiatives.

The activities are implemented and operationalised through more detailed planning documents at the business unit, project, and individual staff level. This document ensures that cultural outcomes are embraced, delivered and measured across the whole of the organisation.
