In an address to the Global Forces 2011 Conference, Major General (Retd) Peter Abigail discusses questions to be considered for Australia's next Defence White Paper and the issues identified with the 2009 Defence White Paper.

In his speech, Peter Abigail summarises key concepts of the 2009 Australian Defence White Paper and its reception overseas.  In doing so he arrives to a set of issues and questions that will be of relevance to the drafting of Australia's next Defence White Paper.
