The report is based on an extensive review of a large, complex and disaggregated international professional and ‘grey literature’ and measurement issues regarding entrepreneurship are emphasized.
On the basis of this review, there is no question that Australia is faced with many challenges in better connecting its innovation policy to the realities of a service economy and leveraging the entrepreneurial capacity within its immigrant population, education and research system, and community more broadly.
