This report details the number of people sentenced in 2018-19 for committing a serious offence while serving a community correction order. Under the Corrections Act 1986 (Vic), the Council is required to report annually on convictions for serious offences committed by people on community correction orders.

The Council has also prepared a complete list of serious offences current between 16 January 2012 and 30 June 2019.
