Description
This review was established to assess The Star’s suitability to hold a casino licence and to examine compliance with its legal obligations. In September 2021, the Authority announced it would appoint Adam Bell SC to undertake the review of The Star and its Sydney casino. The review was activated under sections 30 and 143 of the Casino Control Act 1992 and began in November 2021.
On 31 August 2022, Adam Bell submitted his report into The Star casino's suitability to hold a casino licence in NSW. This three volume report outlines the findings.
