This report sets out the findings of the Australian Human Rights Commission following an inquiry into a complaint alleging a breach of their human rights made against the Commonwealth of Australia by 10 adult Sri Lankan refugees in immigration detention with adverse security assessments and three minor Sri Lankan refugees who are residing in an immigration detention facility with their parents. The parents of these three children are among the adult complainants.
