This data brief provides important data about education for all 93 NSW electorates and enables comparison of electorates using interactive tables. The brief presents data on the key areas of students, school infrastructure provision and teachers. For example:

  • The proportion of students who showed some developmental vulnerability in NSW electorates in 2021 ranged from 4.6% in Willoughby to 17.3% in Mount Druitt
  • Average public school attendance rates in 2022 ranged from 77.6% in Barwon to 90.9% in Wahroonga
  • Average student-to-teacher ratios in public schools in 2022 ranged from 8.5:1 in Barwon to 17.1:1 in Castle Hill.
