This user guide is a public good, intended to assist in applying the Child Protection Systems Strengthening (CPSS) Benchmarks and complements the UNICEF Child Protection Systems Strengthening: approach, benchmarks and interventions publication.

Using the CPSS Benchmarks will determine the level of maturity of the child protection system in the country and identify the most strategic and high-impact interventions for their context, to systematically move along the systems strengthening trajectory.
