The NSW Parliamentary Research Service has published the latest unemployment and JobSeeker estimates for all 93 NSW electorates (March 2024). The publication shows headline data for each electorate and enables comparison of electorates using maps and tables.

Unemployment rates in NSW electorates ranged from 1.2% in Terrigal to 10.3% in Fairfield. Unemployment rates were highest in the Illawarra Shoalhaven (4.8%), South West Sydney (4.7%) and Blacktown-Parramatta (4.2%) regions.

JobSeeker rates in NSW electorates ranged from 1.1% in Davidson to 12.0% in Barwon. JobSeeker rates were highest in the North Coast (8.6%), North West NSW (7.9%) and South West Sydney (6.2%) regions.
