This is the final report in investigating options for improving consumer experiences, choice, and outcomes in Australia’s retirement system. 

This report focuses on the adequacy of responses to questions on notice provided by the Super Members Council, Cbus Super and HESTA and the difficulties the committee faced in trying to complete its inquiries due to these lack of responses. 

The committee recommends that the Senate establish an inquiry into the sanctions available where witnesses fail to act in good faith or do not answer questions.
