This video series highlights the employment journeys of five young adults with disability in Queensland, Australia. Through the lens of Customised Employment and Microenterprise, each story reveals the steps they took – alongside their supporters – to discover and shape meaningful work aligned with their individual interests and strengths.
The videos are about:
- Baggoley who runs has a small business running an ice cream cart.
- Freya who works at a hospital gift shop.
- Lynam who runs her own small mobile business called Master Shredder.
- Bobby Pate who works at a swimming pool and has a pop up van serving food.
- Will Coventry who works in admin at three different offices.
