Description

This guide was developed for the Inclusive Career Development in Schools project, a collaboration between the Australian Centre for Career Education, Brotherhood of St Laurence and the University of Newcastle. The resource is designed to be used by school career and transition specialists and school leadership teams to assess themselves against international policy and practice in career and pathway planning.

The resource is designed to support schools in building inclusive practices in career development when working with students with disability, with the aim of improving their career development journey and transition into post-school pathways.
