This report presents data on services provided or funded by governments under the Commonwealth State/Territory Disability Agreement, and the people accessing these services between 1 July 2003 and 30 June 2004. It presents a range of data relating to service users, their characteristics, their informal carers, and patterns of service usage, and information on the service outlets providing disability support services nationwide.
