With our unemployment rate rising, it is time todevelop a workforce participation plan that includes all Victorians, by including measures that particularly support vulnerable Victorians. Victorian Council of Social Service believes thatgovernment, business and the community sector can work together to develop a workforce participation plan that helps break the cycle of disadvantage andunemployment, helps prevent people slipping into long-term unemployment, keeps people engaged in the workforce and and tackles unemployment in a way that helps get all Victorians back to work.
