This report is the first AIHW publication dealing with data from the first year (2002-03) of the redeveloped Commonwealth State/Territory Disability Agreement National Minimum Data Set collection. This report focuses on service users and their characteristics and service type outlets funded to deliver services under the agreement, within the first six months of 2003.
