Sections 6 to 7 look at improvements and future requirements, with a summary of findings and recommendations.
The evaluation had two objectives.
- To identify the value SiREN adds to the sexual health and blood-borne virus (SHBBV) sector in terms of:
a) strengthening sector capacity
b) building partnerships
c) long-term health for consumers. - To provide a formative (program development) perspective that identifies options to improve and refine the SiREN model.
Evidence for the evaluation was collected from interviews, an on-line survey, document analysis, case studies and a program logic workshop.
