This policy paper aims to interrogate the push and pull factors for rental energy efficiency and put forward policy recommendations to inform governments and policy-makers in developing better energy security for rental properties. It is intended for government, rental provider industry, advocacy group and renter consideration.

Seven leading climate, environment and renewable energy organisations have joined forces to publish this position paper, which calls for jobs-rich climate solutions to be at the centre of Victoria’s economic recovery from COVID-19.
