This paper is designed to be both a snapshot and thought starter, a strategic compendium that helps philanthropists, not-for-profit leaders and board members ask and answer the big questions about how to make Australian society better for all.

This paper has been developed to support non-profit, social purpose leaders and boards to examine just how well prepared their organisation is to work effectively with government – and to provide a framework to respond to the fast changing policy, funding and legislative environments.
