The ACCC has developed these guidelines to assist in the determination of reasonable copyright remuneration in proceedings relating to voluntary licences and licence schemes before the Copyright Tribunal of Australia.

This inquiry will have a particular focus on the purchase of foreign cash, and the transfer or remittance of money overseas. It will also consider other ways that consumers and small businesses perform foreign currency transactions, such as via credit, debit or pre-paid travel cards.

This issues paper will assist interested parties in making submissions to the ACCC’s wine grape market study. The paper outlines the issues that the ACCC plans to explore during the market study, based on our previous consultation with the industry, issues raised during various inquiries, and the results of the recent grower survey.

The ACCC produces quarterly petrol monitoring reports focusing on price movements in the capital cities and over 190 regional locations across Australia. It also produces industry reports that focus on particular aspects of consumer interest in the fuel market. This is the second industry report under the new direction.

The ACCC has provided this submission to the Productivity Commission, in response to the issues paper on the inquiry into the economic regulation of airports.
