This document seeks to build on existing primary prevention knowledge and work by developing a deeper understanding of the links between masculinities and violence against women and ways to engage men and boys in prevention efforts.

This publication is an interim review of Change the story, which was published in 2015. It reviews the uptake of, and response to, the report by policy makers, practitioners and other readers, and users of the framework across Australia, and considers the lessons learned from this feedback.
