On for young and old: kinders and senior citizens facilities
Council-owned kindergartens and senior bitizens’ buildings in the Southern Grampians Shire were assessed for thermal efficiency, water supply reliability, water tightness and energy efficiency to ensure that the Shire’s most vulnerable groups are provided with climate-adapted facilities as the climate becomes generally hotter and drier but with more occasional heavy downpours.
