This evaluation provides evidence about the outcomes of the Cashless Debit Card (CDC) in the first three trial areas in which it was rolled out. The purpose of this evaluation was to create a new, integrated evidence base and use it to assess the impact of the CDC.

This report details the findings from a study examining Cashless Debit Card (CDC) use in the Bundaberg and Hervey Bay Region. Following a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy, in-depth qualitative interviews were conducted with 74 stakeholder representatives and 66 CDC participants across the Bundaberg and Hervey Bay Region.
