This research provides critical insights into what the sector designing and building new housing needs from their industry bodies and government to successfully implement accessibility standards. It is directly informed by professionals in the design and construction sector about what is required to make this happen.

Moving into new housing designed for people with disability: evaluation of tenant outcomes - interim report
The preliminary findings presented in this interim report examine the tenant outcomes of people with disability moving into Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) funded apartments, with appropriate technology, support, design and location.
