Training has been integral to the growth of community broadcasting in Australia and continues to play a vital role in the sector. This report outlines the impacts of community media training on the employment pathways and career trajectories of its practitioners.

This research project interrogates the experiences of people working in the creative and cultural industries - who spent significant time in the Australian community broadcasting sector.
