Evaluation of NDIS Alternative Commissioning Pilots in remote and First Nations communities
The aim of the NDIS Alternative Commissioning Pilots in remote and First Nations communities was to co-design, implement and evaluate place-based, community-driven alternative commissioning models in partnership with communities. This report contains the findings of the evaluation to support the future development and scaling up of alternative commissioning. It makes 10 overall recommendations.

It provides guidance on scoping, design, conduct, use and dissemination as well as the capabilities required of government evaluators. The revised guide introduces several new and significantly expanded areas of focus to support high-quality evaluation across government.

Hoops 4 Wealth: building financial capability and resilience for First Nations people in the Northern Territory
The Hoops 4 Wealth (H4W) program aimed to enhance the financial capability and resilience of people on low incomes living in the Northern Territory. This report describes the results of a developmental evaluation which found strong positive outcomes for program participants in financial literacy, money management, goal setting and meeting obligations.

Evaluation of the Escaping Violence Payment place-based trial
This evaluation is of the place-based trial of the Escaping Family Violence Payment in Far North Queensland and the Torres Strait. It found the payment was highly effective in supporting people leaving violent relationships and the place-based trial demonstrated the practice and benefits of culturally appropriate service delivery.
