2024 Australian reconciliation barometer
The Australian Reconciliation Barometer measures the progress of reconciliation between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and non-Indigenous Australians. The 2024 Barometer data has been released as a series of snapshots that provide a point-in-time understanding of the attitudes and behaviours among different groups of people to paint a clear picture of Australia’s reconciliation journey.

The Australian Reconciliation Barometer measures the progress of reconciliation while the Workplace Reconciliation Barometer measures attitudes of employees in organisations with a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). This snapshot compares the findings from both surveys to demonstrate the positive impact RAPs are having.
