This report found that Aboriginal communities want to see significant improvement in the frequency, quality and evaluation of programs to protect and promote Aboriginal cultural rights, and calls on the Victorian Department of Justice and Regulation to develop a social and emotional well-being strategy for Koori children in custody.

This study aimed to explore Indigenous narrative accounts of healthcare access within qualitative research papers, to better understand Indigenous views on culturally safe healthcare and health communication represented in that literature.

Transnational news and multicultural Australia: cultural diversity and news in Australia
Australians from culturally diverse backgrounds often feel frustrated about media coverage of news events and issues that portray them in a negative light. This study, analysing media coverage of issues related to multicultural Australia found, that more than a third of stories reflected a negative view of minority communities.
