This study provides evidence that well-designed and delivered Indigenous content and community placement opportunities in midwifery programs can have a lasting impact on service provision to Aboriginal women.

This project aimed to gain a firsthand understanding of the diversity of Indigenous workers’ experiences. The project is Indigenous-led, and has been overseen by a panel of distinguished Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander academics and employment practitioners.

The results of the first large-scale survey of the experience of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people at work give plenty of food for thought.

Designed to complement the global business reference guide for the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP) issued in 2013, this guide provides practical advice about how executives and companies can understand, respect and embed the rights of Indigenous Australians into their daily operations.

This case studies in this report will inform policymakers and the general public about the challenges facing Aboriginal children and their families in the child protection system.
