The research explored the alignment of Aboriginal knowledge and management systems with existing policy and land management structures and identified ways to enable caring for Country practices at a landscape-scale across NSW.

The report’s main objective is to show that the impacts aren’t isolated: they cascade through societies, magnified by other climate hazards, such as storms and flooding.

This report synthesises the findings from a national knowledge series examining First Nations climate leadership with Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations across Australia.
